3.1. Wrong Shipment
Customers are required to provide the incorrect SKU, delivery slip, product, and package photos. If the products are of the same type, we will negotiate with the customer to compensate for the platform price difference, up to twice the shipping cost (maximum 200 yuan). If the customer requires reshipment, we will cover both the reshipment and return shipping costs. Misshipped products must be returned to our warehouse. We will provide a shipping code for the buyer to process returns at the post office.
3.2. Missing Shipment
Customers are required to provide the received SKU, delivery slip, product, and package photos. If the customer requires reshipment, we will cover the reshipment shipping costs. If the customer does not wish to have reshipment, free shipping will be provided for this order, up to a maximum of 200 yuan.
3.3. Inventory Discrepancies
In case of inventory discrepancies, inventory will be adjusted. If the actual inventory is less than the system information, claims will be settled based on the cost price + the initial shipping cost (unless there is a record of self-shipment). If the purchase price or cost price cannot be provided, claims will be settled based on 60% of the transaction price. (No more than 2,000 yuan per item). If the actual amount is higher than the amount shown in the system, the previous claim amount will be deducted. Proof of domestic purchase and screenshots of recent sales order transactions are required. Items found within 180 days will be re-listed and the claim amount will be deducted. Items found between 180 and 360 days will be re-listed and 80% of the claim amount will be deducted.
3.4. Domestic Consumption Tax
To prevent inspections by the Malaysian Inland Revenue Department, we recommend issuing an invoice before shipment. The minimum invoice amount should be at least 10% of the sales price, and the invoice tax point will be 18% of the invoice amount (the invoice tax point is subject to changes by the Malaysian Inland Revenue Department and is updated periodically). If the Malaysian Inland Revenue Department disputes the invoiced price, the price determined by the Inland Revenue Department will prevail. If the invoiced price is too low or there is no invoice for an order requiring additional payment, the only option is to contact the recipient for payment. If the order is confiscated by the Inland Revenue Department, it will be deemed completed and no compensation will be paid.
[Note] There is no compensation for delays or damages. The above terms are final and the company reserves all rights.
